It's simple and easy to order from Mission Magic:

ONLINE ORDERING

The most popular and easiest method. All credit/debit card and PayPal transactions take place on a secure server. 

Once your order has been received, you will be emailed an invoice and payment. Your items will be dispatched as soon as possible (allow us 2 to 3 working days to process your order).

ORDERING BY TELEPHONE

We love it when customers call. Credit/debit card payments can be taken over the phone. Just call our order line on 07492 586667 and talk directly to Bev, Mark or Abbie between 10am-4pm Monday to Friday. We have an answerphone service outside these hours.  

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

Great question. It all depends on the speed of the postal service you've chosen plus the 2 to 3 days we need to carefully pack your order and get it into the hands of the postal carrier.

We're here to help. Call us on 07492 586667 between 10am and 4pm weekdays and we'll do our very best to post your order the same day. 

HOW DO YOU SHIP?

We offer a wide range of shipping options so you can pick the service and price that suits you best.

Remember to allow us 2 to 3 working days to process your order.

UK Customers can chose between Royal Mail or, for items over 2 kilos MyHermes.

  First Class Mail - delivers next working day. 93% success rate at hitting that target.

  Second Class Mail - delivers within 3 working days.

  MyHermes - for items over 2 kilos. Delivery takes up to 3 working days and includes tracking plus £20 of insurance. 

International Orders. We've delivered around the world, from Alaska to Fiji, using two services.

 Royal Mail International

     Delivery to Europe - 3 to 5 working days / 1 calendar week

     Delivery Worldwide - 5 to 10 working days / 2 calendar weeks

 UPS / FEDEX 

Delivery Worldwide - 3 to 5 working days / 1 calendar week 

WHAT IS YOUR IN STOCKING POLICY?

Our website has been designed so that you can only order items that are in stock. Out of stock will not be shown on the site. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?

- An item is missing!

Ah - there was a mistake! Contact us by email or phone and we'll post you the missing item using standard postal services within 2 to 3 working days. Alternatively we can give you a refund.

- An item arrived broken!

Oh! This sometimes happens. Email us with a description of the damage and, if possible, send us a picture of the damaged item. Sometimes we can suggest a quick and easy way to fix it, and offer you a part refund that reflects the amount of damage. Otherwise we'll arrange with you to have the broken item posted back to us. Once we have received the damaged item we will send you a replacement within 2 to 3 working days. Don't worry, we'll get it sorted and we'll cover the cost of postage.

- I'd like to cancel an order!

We all change our minds. You have the right to cancel an order, and return any unwanted and unused item up to 14 days from the day you received it. Please contact us by email or by telephone before you return it. You have the responsibility of arranging and paying for the trick to be posted back to us. Please get a proof of receipt.

Please allow us 2 weeks (after we have received the trick) to process your refund. For a full refund the trick must be returned unused and in it's original packaging. We don't accept the return of used tricks.

- What is your 100 day guarantee?

We're happy for you to return any unused tricks within 100 calendar days of the order date, for a credit on the original purchase price of the trick.

Contact us by email or by telephone, telling us that you wish to return a trick, within 100 calendar days of the order being placed. You have the responsibility of arranging and paying for item to be posted back to us. 

This only applies to unused tricks in their original packaging. Please allow us 2 weeks (after we have received the trick) to process your credit.  

ARE PAYMENTS SECURE?

Yes! For security purposes all online credit card transactions are handled via a secure server and processed though our Big Commerce trading platform by STRIPE, one of the worlds leading payment clearing gateways.

Nobody other than STRIPE has access to your credit card details. Not even the Mission Magic team can see your credit card details. 

WHAT ABOUT TAX?

We don't charge V.A.T. Another great reason to buy from Mission Magic!
