It all starts with you jingling some loose metal links in your hand. One by one, you drop them into the can. Clunk. Clunk. Clunk. After giving the can a good shake, you drop in a lit match and WOOSH! There's a flash of flame. Tipping the tin you let the completed chain pour out - the links have magically fused together! And the effect can be reversed - a chain goes into the tin and out comes individual links - the chain has been 'melted'!
