Product Description
DiFatta's Egg Prediction is Russian roulette with four cups, one egg and a BIG mallet. It has EVERYTHING audiences love. Drama, suspense, 'danger', comedy and LOTS of audience interaction.
When the performer's back is turned, a spectator places an egg on one of four stands and covers it with an upside-down paper cup. The remaining three stands are covered with identical cups. Now the order of the cup stands are mixed up so no one, including the spectator, knows which cup the egg is under. The performer turns around. 'I have a one in four chance of picking the right cup. So I'm going to need a little help.' Out comes the wooden hammer. 'This is my special magic wand!' BANG! The mallet flattens one cup. 'Not this one.' BANG! 'Not this one.' With two cups left, the performer has a 50:50 chance. 'Which cup do you think?' The spectator points to one of the two cups. BANG! A third cup flattened. The surviving cup is lifted to reveal the egg, eggsactly where the performer predicted it would be.
Smashing fun to perform. Easy method. Suitable for ALL audiences. Plays for the biggest crowds. A professional magician can put this straight into their show. A church worker can use this in a church service, school assembly and youth group, and illustrate how life is full of uncertainty, but God can guide us through it, and making the wrong decisions in life can create a real mess. Thankfully we have a loving God we can turn to.
Mix things around and use a borrowed watch instead of an egg, guaranteed to heighten the tension. At Christmas use a bauble, at Easter a chocolate egg, or what about your pet mouse? (ahem!)
Bang...Bang...BANG!!! There's something incredibly satisfying in smashing a cup flat with a wooden hammer. One mistake, and it's no yoke, well it's lots of yoke...EVERYWHERE.
We predict that DiFatta's Egg Prediction will be a smash hit in your next show.
