If you can order an effect it's in stock. Occasionally you can preorder a trick if it's on route to us from our suppliers.
 
Please allow us 2 to 3 working days to process your order. We fulfil orders twice a week.
 
If you have an urgent order call us on 07492 586667 between 10am-4pm Monday to Friday and we'll do our very best to process your order ASAP..  
 
HOW DO I ORDER?
 
Online or over the phone. We accept all Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards. PayPal can be used online. Once your order has been received, you will be emailed an invoice and payment.


HOW DO YOU SHIP?

We offer a wide range of shipping options so you can pick the service and price that suits you best .Remember to allow us 2 to 3 working days to process your order and get it to the shipper.

UK customers can chose between:

  First Class Mail (under 2 kilos)

      Delivery - next day. Not tracked.

  MyHermes (over 2 kilos)

      Delivery - up to 3 working days. Tracked & £20 of insurance. 

  Royal Mail 48 (over 2 kilos)

      Delivery - 2 working days. Tracked & £100 of insurance.

European & International customers. We deliver around the world, from Alaska to Fiji every week. You can choose between.

    Royal Mail International

          Delivery to Europe - up to 5 working days. Tracked.

          Delivery to USA & Rest of the World - up to 12 working days. Tracked.

     Courier (UPS, FEDEX or DPD) 

           Delivery Worldwide - up to 5 working days. Tracked & Signed

Yes. If you can order an effect it's in stock. The stock levels are shown on our website. Occasionally you can preorder a trick. These are tricks that are on route from our suppliers.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?

- An item is missing!

Oops, we made a mistake! This sometimes happens. Email or phone us and we'll post you the missing item or give you a refund for the missing trick. 

- An item arrived broken!

Bah! Call us or send us an email with a picture of the damage. We'll replace the prop and arrange for the damaged item to be returned. We'll cover the cost of shipping.

- I'd like to cancel an order!

If it hasn't been shipped we can alter your order and give you a refund. If you have received the trick,  tell us you like to return it by email or phone up to 14 days after you received it. You have the responsibility of arranging and paying for the trick to be posted back to us. For UK customers we've found the First Class post is the best option. No need for a signature or tracking. Please get a proof of receipt from the Post Office.

For a full refund the trick must be returned unused and in it's original packaging. We don't accept the return of used tricks.

ARE PAYMENTS SECURE?

Yes! For security purposes all online credit card transactions are handled via a secure server and processed though  STRIPE, one of the world's leading payment clearing gateways. Nobody other than STRIPE has access to your credit card details. Not even the Mission Magic team can see your credit card details. 

WHAT ABOUT TAX?

We don't charge V.A.T. Another great reason to buy from Mission Magic!
